An improvisation around the classic “flan pâtissier” and “far breton”. Ingredients 4 eggs 150g sugar 1 vanilla pod (or vanilla extract, or vanilla sugar) 150g flour 1 litre milk (opt.) prunes (opt.) 1 teabag of strong flavoured tea (I used Earl Grey tea) Instructions Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the flour.
